Cyprotel Faliraki

Great hotel with great amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and excellent restaurant. I remember how helpful the staff was with my luggage on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway! I'm coming back for a xmas.

A small room, even though it's very clean and new

The free parking was on-site, exceptional service. Location: the hotel was not far from the beach / faliraki, Greece before and many other hot countries and the beautiful gardens.

Family-oriented facilities, vibrant swimming pools, excellent theme nights

Room placements can be inconvenient with toddlers!!! Management communication could improve, leaving guests feeling overlooked during important moments. Overcrowded main pool area may detract from relaxation and enjoyment at peak hours!!!

Cool family-run hotel with inclusive breakfasts. Good position in the good area, near the restaurant where there were drinks, the beach / faliraki and the water slides and all the pools and the animation team, Mike, Megan and the rest of the gang. Fantastic appetisers and crisps in the rooftop bar.

What they got right and wrong

Fantastic entertainment each evening, especially the professional performances! The pools were good, offering both fun and relaxation, with plenty of options for the whole family.

Food variety at the main restaurant left much to be desired, with long lines at meal times causing frustration! Some staff interactions felt unhelpful, impacting our overall experience negatively.

The children's animation team was extraordinary, engaging my daughter in nice activities like the mini disco and water park fun. The evening shows were lively, making our nights entertaining and special.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the fun activities at the waterpark and the relaxing vibes by the outdoor swimming pool. The evening performances were a hit, especially the lively shows that kept us entertained. Just a heads-up that the food variety could be better, but overall, it was a nice family getaway! 😊

Faliraki fun in the sun 😎

The staff are super friendly and the kids loved the animation team, they kept everyone entertained sharp-sharp! Plus, the added bonus of a free shuttle to the beach. The pools, especially the water park, were a lekker way to cool off!

The food selection could've been a bit better. Felt quite limited at times, but it was decent.

It was just a good match for a quick layover in Faliraki with great value for money. Staff were really friendly and helped us out with a late-night meal on arrival. Try to join in the activities, as they are really fun for kids.

The place had a nice vibe, with fun shows every night that my kids loved! We also enjoyed chilling at the poolside snack bar. The room was pretty basic though, and I wish they offered bottled water instead of just their cheap soft drinks. It was a bit hard to find sunbeds during peak hours too.

The room was spacious, nice for our family. It had a good-sized wardrobe and a balcony. Cleanliness was spot on, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The finish felt a bit dated, and I noticed gaps around the door that let in bugs. It was functional, but some areas could use a refresh.

Noise levels can be a concern, particularly for rooms near entertainment areas, where slamming doors and sounds from animated activities can disrupt relaxation during the night.
